Corey Rennell is an athlete who traveled to twelve different countries to meet with people in traditional communities.  He then returned to Harvard to complete his master's degree on paleo-foods and how to utilize the best nutrition for our bodies.  He is now creating raw food bars.  I asked if he only eats raw foods.  He said that he eats cooked foods as well, but that there is a lot to be said for having some really good, wholesome raw food snacks for energy.  He then offered me this recipe.  Don't be put off by the lack of measurements.  You can make as little or as much of this recipe as you'd like.  Just follow your instincts!

1. Scoop Virgin Coconut Oil into a pan. Lightly heat until liquid.
2. Add raw cacoa powder until slightly thick
3. Add agave nectar until desired sweetness.
4. Add fixins of your choice (fresh chopped berries are awesome!, crumbled nuts, dried fruit, fresh mint leaves, chilli, etc.)
5. Pour into a container and refrigerate for 30min.-1 hr. to solidify or serve as liquid with strawberries and other fruits for dipping.

Note:  Add 1/2  teaspoon Rain's Choice Vanilla Powder or Paste for additional flavor.
