Anne Baldzikowski is a culinary instructor at Cabrillo College in Aptos, California. I have the honor of doing presentations on vanilla and other tropical ingredients for her advanced culinary students, which is always good fun because there are invariably treats to enjoy afterward. What's not to like about talking about what I love and being rewarded with delicious desserts prepared by budding chefs?
Anne has made some videos for Youtube, which I am sharing here. Be sure to also check out her information on making artisan chocolates, found under Tropical Foods.
