SPAM BLOCK USERS AND AOL USERS
PLEASE READ THIS

SPAM-BLOCK services are great for blocking unwanted e-mail, but they also can also block mail you want to receive.

AOL has a REPORT SPAM button. If enough AOL users report a site as one sending spam, AOL will block ALL emails coming from that site. This can be legitimate or a site can suffer as a result of email viruses sending out emails under a different domain name. This happened to vanilla.com. After we sent out our last e-newsletter, our server was blocked by AOL and we were unable to send ANY correspondence, order confirmation information or newsletters to ANYONE using AOL. If you haven’t received a news update or newsletter from us recently, it is because our e-mail was blocked.

If you have signed up for our e-newsletters or Queen's Club, or if you have purchased products from us, please be sure that our e-mails coming from Vanilla.com are on your accepted list. You will not receive confirmation of purchases from us unless our e-mail is accepted by your server.

There is an unsubscribe button on our newsletters. Please use it or notify us if you wish to be removed. We guarantee that we will not sell our database lists, nor do we condone unsolicited SPAM. Please help us out by unsubscribing rather than clicking the REPORT SPAM button for AOL.

Thank you for your assistance.
